Parental involvement and a positive working relationship with the school staff is key to student success. Become involved in your child's education.  Talk to your child's teacher regularly, whether it be in person or through the agenda.  Follow up what is being taught and reinforce learning, your son/daughter will thank you later and you will see positive results in academic acheivement.   Also, there are numerous opportunities for parents to volunteer throughout the year whether it be with the School Community Council (SCC), delivering food for the breakfast club, assisting teachers in their classrooms, on trips, helping drive athletes to games, helping in the library, etc. Please consider getting involved and making our children’s education experience a positive one.
